Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 minced onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • dash of salt
  • garlic powder to taste
  • sliced tomatoes
  • Parmesan cheese
  • unbaked pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat together eggs, onion, salt, milk, and flour.
  2. Pour the mixture into unbaked pie crusts.
  3. Sprinkle Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese over the top.
  4. Cover with sliced tomatoes, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 325° for 30 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting.
