Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • fresh strawberries
  • whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the oil, sugar, orange juice, and eggs in a shaker or mixing bowl and blend well.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely.
