Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Coke
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a medium saucepan and lightly sauté garlic, onions, and mustard for about one to two minutes.
  2. Add brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Coke, chili powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer slowly for about 45 minutes.
