Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 c. fish, cut up
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Mix in chopped parsley.
  3. Add fish and cook until it starts to flake apart, about 10 minutes.
  4. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water to make broth.
  5. Add broth to fish and stir until fish is cooked, about 5 minutes.
