Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped peppers, mixed red and green
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. leftover gravy
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. diced turkey

Instructions

  1. Saute onions and mixed peppers in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in leftover gravy, mushroom soup, and seasonings; add diced turkey and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve on toast, boiled rice, or noodles.
