Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn
  • 1 large can French green beans
  • 1 small package almonds

Instructions

  1. Chop garlic, bell pepper, and onion together and sauté in 1 teaspoon cooking oil.
  2. Add mushrooms and pimentos and cook until the onion and bell pepper become tender.
  3. Add corn and green beans and stir until warm.
  4. Decorate with almonds before serving.
