Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can carrots with liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Put brown sugar into a small skillet and stir in ground ginger.
  2. Add the canned carrots with liquid and margarine to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes, then serve while hot.
