Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 32 oz jar Ragu chunky sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup green peppers
  • 1 package frozen vegetables
  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté green onions and green peppers until tender.
  3. Add Ragu chunky sauce, frozen vegetables, and diced potatoes; bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in uncooked elbow macaroni and cook until tender.
  5. Serve hot, optionally with cornbread.
