Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 c. ham
  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 to 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic and ham in oil and butter until fragrant.
  2. Add the cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well and turn off the heat.
  3. Beat eggs and pour over the spaghetti mixture.
  4. Quickly toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  5. Add olives and toss again.
  6. Serve immediately, or transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes if desired.
