Ingredients

  • 1 c. Brazil nuts
  • 2 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 lb. pitted dates, cut in half
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Chop the nuts.
  2. Place all nuts, drained cherries, and dates in a large bowl.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.
  4. Coat the fruit and nuts with the dry ingredients.
  5. Add vanilla to the eggs and pour over the coated fruit and nuts; mix well.
