Instructions
- Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk, then add oil and mix thoroughly.
- Spray a cookie sheet and spread the mixture evenly on it.
- Bake at 300°F, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and stir in raisins.
- Allow to cool, then store in a closed container.
