Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 4 green onions, chopped fine
  • 4 cups diced and cooked chicken
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages chicken flavored Ramen noodles with seasoning packet
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 4 tablespoons sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, onion, chicken, noodles (uncooked and crumbled), oil, sugar, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, and noodle seasoning; stir well and toss.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and sliced almonds.
