- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir in melted margarine until mixture is crumbly.
- Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture; set aside.
- Press the remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the baked crust, leaving about 1/4 inch of space from the edges.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup white chocolate chips over the jam.
- Mix the reserved crumb mixture with the remaining 1/4 cup white chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
- Spread the raspberry jam layer, pressing lightly into the fruit.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cut into squares and serve.
