A flavorful and easy salad combining crispy bacon, sautéed vegetables, and mini ravioli, perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner with a savory, comforting taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee mini ravioli

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon, then blot on paper towels and crumble.
  2. Pour off all but two tablespoons of bacon fat.
  3. Saute chopped onions, sliced celery, and chopped green pepper lightly in the bacon fat.
  4. Add vinegar and sugar; stir well.
  5. Add mini ravioli and crumbled bacon to the mixture.
  6. Cover and heat gently for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sliced green pepper, if desired.
