- Fry bacon, then blot on paper towels and crumble.
- Pour off all but two tablespoons of bacon fat.
- Saute chopped onions, sliced celery, and chopped green pepper lightly in the bacon fat.
- Add vinegar and sugar; stir well.
- Add mini ravioli and crumbled bacon to the mixture.
- Cover and heat gently for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green pepper, if desired.
