Ingredients

  • 2 (4 1/2 oz each) cans deviled ham
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons minced green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together deviled ham and softened cream cheese.
  2. Stir in drained crushed pineapple, minced green pepper, minced onion, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Chill the mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. On waxed paper, form the mixture into a ball or log.
  5. Roll the formed shape in a mixture of chopped nuts and chopped parsley to coat completely.
  6. Serve with assorted crackers.
