Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 to 3 small packages Pemmican beef jerky (original flavor)
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with beef jerky.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon.
  4. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on top of the beef jerky in the dish.
  5. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together.
  6. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well covered.
  7. Bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve hot, preferably with rice.
