Refrigerated Dessert
A creamy, chocolate-peanut refrigerated dessert with a crunchy crust, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat, combining layers of pudding, cream cheese, and whipped topping.

- In a mixing bowl, cut the butter into the flour until crumbly.
- Stir in 3/4 cup peanuts.
- Press the mixture over the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes; cool.
- In a small mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese on low speed until fluffy.
- Beat in powdered sugar and half of the whipped topping.
- Spread over the cooled crust and chill.
- In a larger mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk.
- Beat for 2 minutes until thickened.
- Spoon the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Chill or freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping (Cool Whip).
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate and the remaining peanuts.
