Reuben Casserole(Microwave)

- Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.
- Spread mustard evenly on bread slices.
- Cut bread into small squares.
- Place bread squares in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Crumble corned beef over the bread layer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, condensed tomato soup, water, and dill pickle relish until well blended.
- Spoon the sauerkraut mixture over the corned beef layer.
- Cover the dish loosely with waxed paper and microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove the waxed paper and place Swiss cheese slices on top to cover.
- Microwave on high for an additional minute or until the cheese is melted.
- Let stand uncovered for 5 minutes before serving.
