Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can corned beef, minced
  • 4 cups diced cooked potatoes
  • No. 2 can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together the corned beef, diced cooked potatoes, sauerkraut, diced celery, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  2. Use milk to thin the mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the milk-thinned mayonnaise, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Toss this mixture with the first mixture until evenly combined.
  5. Serve immediately or warm in the oven or slow cooker.
