Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine ⓘ
- 1/2 cup soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 cup oil ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ⓘ
- 1/4 cup minced onion ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 3 pounds cubed beef ⓘ
- cherry tomatoes ⓘ
- fresh mushrooms ⓘ
- green or sweet red peppers
- onions ⓘ
- zucchini ⓘ
- potatoes, parboiled ⓘ
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except meat and vegetables in a blender; mix well.
- Pour marinade over meat and vegetables; let marinate for 4 hours or longer.
- Thread marinated meat and vegetables onto skewers.
- Brush with additional marinade before grilling.
- Grill over medium-hot coals, turning and basting often, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until meat and vegetables are done.
- Serve with rice.
