- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the cake mix, sugar, water, and oil in a bowl.
- Add the vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the sour cream until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
- Mix the brown sugar, oleo, and cinnamon to make the filling.
- Stir in the chopped nuts.
- Spoon the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the batter in the pan.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Immediately turn out the cake onto a wire rack and let cool.
