Rhubarb Walnut Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together both sugars with the oil. Beat in eggs well. Add milk and mix. Stir in remaining ingredients except final two.
- Mix batter well until smooth.
- Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon melted butter and 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out dry.
