Ingredients

  • 4 lb. beef short ribs
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. grated celery
  • 1/2 c. grated onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place ribs in a baking pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, water, vinegar, lemon juice, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well, then pour over ribs in the pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours, or until tender.
