Rice And Ham Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups long grain rice ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- dash of pepper ⓘ
- 1 cup sliced raw cauliflower ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped celery ⓘ
- 1/4 cup French dressing ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 pound fully cooked ham ⓘ
- 5 ounces frozen peas
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook the rice, then toss it with French dressing and chill for several hours.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped green onion, salt, dry mustard, and pepper.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chilled rice and toss well.
- Stir in chopped ham, cauliflower, cooked peas, chopped celery, and sliced radishes.
- Toss again to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Optionally, serve in a scooped melon shell for presentation.
