Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cans minestrone soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 large can pork and beans
  • 1 tsp. steak sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions together in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. In a large pot, mix together minestrone soup, pork and beans, chopped celery, oregano, and steak sauce.
  3. Add the cooked beef and onion mixture into the large pot and stir well.
  4. Simmer the mixture covered for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
