Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cracker crumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak.
  2. Add ground beef, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and garlic salt to the mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pack the mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake in a slow oven at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
