- Combine cracker crumbs and milk in a bowl and let soak.
- Add ground beef, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and garlic salt to the mixture.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pack the mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake in a slow oven at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
