Juicy chicken breasts glazed with honey and teriyaki sauce, seasoned with black pepper, cooked to perfection, and served over rice for a flavorful Asian-inspired meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 20 oz. honey
  • 20 oz. teriyaki sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper on both sides of each chicken breast.
  2. Use a glass to pound the pepper into the chicken breasts.
  3. Fill a glass halfway with honey.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with about 1/4 inch of olive oil.
  6. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  7. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  8. With one minute remaining on the last side, pour the sauce mixture into the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  9. Remove the chicken from the pan and spoon the sauce over the breasts.
  10. Serve the chicken on a bed of rice.
