- Sprinkle a generous amount of black pepper on both sides of each chicken breast.
- Use a glass to pound the pepper into the chicken breasts.
- Fill a glass halfway with honey.
- Fill the rest of the glass with teriyaki sauce.
- Cover the bottom of a frying pan with about 1/4 inch of olive oil.
- Heat the oil over medium heat.
- Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- With one minute remaining on the last side, pour the sauce mixture into the pan and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and spoon the sauce over the breasts.
- Serve the chicken on a bed of rice.
