Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a cake pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix together the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, and oil until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture through the cake batter using a knife or skewer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
  7. While the cake is baking, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Pour the glaze over the hot cake immediately after removing from the oven.
