Ingredients

  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (4 oz. size each)
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. salted peanuts
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pour the cold milk into a large bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla instant pudding mixes.
  3. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in the Cool Whip.
  5. Stir in salted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and marshmallows into the pudding mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into 8 dessert dishes or cups.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
