Rolos-Filled Cookies

Instructions
- Combine the flour, cocoa, and baking soda; set aside.
- Cream the sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter or margarine.
- Add vanilla and eggs to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until combined.
- Chill the dough for easier handling.
- With floured hands, shape about 1 tablespoon of dough around each Rolo, covering it completely.
- Roll each cookie in sugar to coat.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
