Ingredients

  • 6 red potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • pepper, ground to taste
  • butter flavored salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Toss the potatoes with 1 teaspoon of oil.
  3. Add dried rosemary and thyme to the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle ground pepper over the potatoes.
  5. Microwave the potatoes for 10 minutes.
