Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 3 peeled potatoes, cut into fourths
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut in long slices
  • 7 celery sticks
  • 1 medium onion, cut into slices
  • 1 green pepper, cut into thin slices
  • 1 can beef/mushroom gravy

Instructions

  1. Place the steak flat on the counter.
  2. Add the raw vegetables (potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, green pepper) on the steak.
  3. Roll the ends up over the vegetables and fasten with long toothpicks.
  4. Place the rolled steak in a flat baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
  6. Heat canned beef or mushroom gravy and pour over the ingredients.
  7. Serve.
