Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 teaspoons grated onion
  • a dash of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 package dried beef

Instructions

  1. Shred the dried beef and mix it with sour cream, mayonnaise, grated onion, garlic powder, parsley, and dill weed.
  2. Make the night before and refrigerate if desired.
  3. Cut the top out of a loaf of bread, leaving a 1-inch rim.
  4. Dig out the bread from inside, leaving a 1-inch thick shell.
  5. Pour the beef mixture into the bread bowl.
  6. Cut the bread into dip-sized pieces.
  7. When all bread cubes are gone, cut the remaining loaf into bite-sized pieces for serving.
