Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh minced sage
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Blend together the cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, minced sage, and minced garlic until smooth.
  2. Add chopped chives if desired.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
