Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, pepper, dry mustard, chopped onion, and seasoned salt; shape into patties and brown them.
  2. Mix together cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk.
  3. Pour the mushroom gravy over the browned patties.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
