Ingredients

  • 1 c. scalded milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. can salmon, flaked
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in scalded milk.
  2. Pour the mixture over bread crumbs and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese, flaked salmon, and the liquid from the salmon to the bread crumbs and mix well.
  4. Stir in the beaten eggs, mix lightly, and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes.
