Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, rinsed
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the cheeses with salmon and seasonings until smooth.
  2. Mold the mixture into a small bowl lined with plastic wrap.
  3. Chill the pate for several hours.
  4. Unmold the pate and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
  5. Serve with crackers, toast rounds, or thin rye bread.
