Salmon Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • shortening or salad oil

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Add milk, salt, pepper and celery salt.
  3. Mix salmon and bread crumbs; add to egg mixture.
  4. Form into 8 balls.
