Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine Bisquick, butter, and boiling water to make the biscuit dough, or use your own rich biscuit dough.
  2. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake until golden.
  3. Drain the salmon and flake into a bowl.
  4. Chop the hard-cooked eggs and add to the salmon.
  5. Add sliced celery and sliced green olives (if using).
  6. Mix in mayonnaise until well combined.
  7. Spread the salmon mixture into the baked biscuit crust and chill before serving.
