Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 6 1/2 oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and onion salt until smooth.
  2. Stir in drained and flaked tuna and chopped celery until well combined.
  3. Mix thoroughly and chill for several hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball on waxed paper.
  5. Roll the tuna ball in chopped walnuts and parsley to coat.
  6. Serve with crackers.
