Sausage Casserole(Brunch)
A hearty brunch casserole combining sausage, bread, Swiss cheese, and a creamy egg mixture, perfect for family gatherings or weekend brunches.

Instructions
- Grease an oblong 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Lay 6 pieces of bread on the bottom of the pan.
- Brown the sausage and drain off the fat.
- Mix mustard with the browned sausage.
- Spoon the sausage mixture over the bread.
- Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese over the sausage.
- Beat eggs and half and half with Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
- Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
