Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and then add bread crumbs, sausage, pepper, milk, and the butter mixture.
  4. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through and golden brown.
