Sausage Macaroni Bake

- In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant. Remove and discard garlic.
- Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent. Transfer sautéed onion to a large casserole dish.
- In the same skillet, sauté sausage pieces until browned. Remove and drain well.
- Cook macaroni in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Add cooked macaroni, whole tomatoes, oregano, and sausage to the casserole dish with the onions.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese cubes until melted and well combined.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
