- Dip turkey cutlets in skim milk, then dredge in the crumb mixture.
- Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-high heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil and cook the cutlets about 3 minutes on each side, adding up to 1 more teaspoon of oil if necessary. Remove cutlets to a warm platter.
- Heat the tomato sauce with minced onion, oregano, and salt.
- Pour the heated sauce over the cooked cutlets.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and serve on a bed of noodles.
