Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups crumbled garlic croutons
  • 1 pound hot sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup Romano cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for one hour.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
