Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 8 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Cook the hot sausage and ground round until browned, then drain the excess fat.
  2. Stir in the Velveeta cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Add oregano, garlic salt, and pepper to taste, mixing well.
  4. Spread the meat and cheese mixture onto English muffins.
  5. Cut each English muffin into fours.
  6. Place the pieces on a baking sheet and broil until hot and bubbling.
