Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 lb hot sausage (bulk)
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen bread dough rise, then roll out like pizza dough.
  2. Sauté chopped onions and green peppers until tender.
  3. Brown the hot sausage in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  4. Place the cooked sausage, sautéed onions, and peppers on top of the rolled-out dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sausage and vegetables.
  6. Roll up the dough to enclose the filling and bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
