Ingredients

  • 1 lb Polish sausage
  • 4 to 6 boiled potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in butter until soft.
  2. Add chicken broth, cut up sausage, vinegar, potatoes, and brown sugar.
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add flour to thicken the mixture.
  5. Cook until desired consistency is reached.
