Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 10.5 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup A.1. steak sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 large green peppers

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion; cook until done.
  2. Pour off the drippings from the skillet.
  3. Stir in the drained corn, tomato sauce, cooked rice, steak sauce, and black pepper.
  4. Cut the tops off the green peppers and stuff them with the mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed peppers in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 40 minutes.
