Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. dry vermouth
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the peeled and cleaned shrimp in olive oil.
  2. Add dry vermouth, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute until the liquid is nearly gone.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon juice before serving.
